All of the wooden floors, ceiling beams, and fireplaces are in keeping with an old-world charm. The property has three cozy bedrooms with attached bathrooms, and two attics to keep children and adults entertained. Our rooms are spacious, bright, with windows overlooking the Almora hills. The cottage is surrounded by views of the eternal Himalayas, and pine forests. From guided walks in forests to trekking and scenic drives – Machus Cottage will offer you all that you are looking for in a perfect vacation rental .

Machus Cottage is a spacious Himalayan home that is tastefully furnished, with cozy fireplaces and wooden floors that lend it a welcoming touch.
The high-ceiling Himalayan cottage with an open living room comes with two bedrooms on the ground floor, and three bedrooms on the upper floor. Each room comes with an attached bathroom and a fireplace.

If you are a lover of the famous book Heidi - staying in our attic room may make you remember Heidi's loft. This becomes a perfect family holiday where children whisper in the comfort of a cozy duvet and inviting wooden chalet feel.

The open living room has a cozy seating area with a fireplace and a bookshelf, making for the most authentic mountain experience.
On the other end of the room is a dining space with an TV for guests or a bluetooth speaker to connect to using your phones to listen to your favourite music .

Apart from that on request you can have a guide to take you trekking up the hill or down to Kapileshwar Mandir . Take your pick of easy and tough treks and village walks, do some Walnut and Plum picking , have a picnic in the forest ..........
